SONG THREE "Oracle"
What child is this, who lay to rest?
On Mary's lap he is sleeping
While Angels sing , to wake our King
Ten thousand souls stand reaching
There is nothing to fear
Reach to discover...the darkness broken.
A distant sky is at hand, it is pouring out for you!
Teach yourself to guide it.
Past ...Present ...Future
are All Creations of the mind.
We are all Creations within the Universal Mind
THESE WORDS HAVE ENDED
Why have you left me?
(A tiny star appears above our figures head just outside of his vision and awareness. As if in an act of loving grace, it drips drops of light which fall like nectar into the heart of the figure, feeding it inspiration)
...it was not , MY OWN!
(Upon this realization the figure stands, and a universe explodes from his chest. We travel through systems of planets and stars. We soon glide through to a familiar system and our final destination - The planet Earth)
Our figure finds himself alone and feeling forsaken. Eternal void and separation seem certain. Tortured and broken he retreats into a deep sleep.
In a dream an Oracle speaks. A tiny burst of light pierces the darkness. From it flows a spiraling ribbon of sky. The figure orchestrates and coerces this welcomed friend. Together they dance in syntony, as our figure is revived of his despair.
Wishing to take this moment into his heart, he reaches to embrace the sky, but it dissolves from his grasp and the dream ends.
Longing for escape he retreats to a fetal position, but this time dreams are silent. A tiny star hangs secretly just above his head. Our figure recedes within and for the first time he hears the beating of his own heart.
It is at this moment that he realizes that he has been longing to take IN that which was already his to give. He has discovered his power to Create.
